AUMENTO EN LA DEMANDA DE CASAS DEBIDO A LA PANDEMIA<\/h1>

EL INFORME TRIMESTRAL DE INMUEBLES REALIZADO POR PORTALINMOBILIARIO.COM CORRESPONDIENTE AL CUARTO TRIMESTRE DE 2020 EN LA REGI\u00d3N METROPOLITANA, ARROJ\u00d3 ESTA TENDENCIA, LA CUAL SE JUSTIFICA EN BASE A LAS CUARENTENAS Y EL TELETRABAJO.<\/span><\/h1>

Los datos revelaron que la cantidad de anuncios de departamentos aumentaron un 27,4% en venta y un 53% en arriendo, mientras que los avisos por casas cayeron un 16,4% en venta y un 44,9% en arriendo, existiendo un aumento en los precios de casas en arriendo correspondiente a un 4,6% debido a la demanda.<\/p>

La causa de este fen\u00f3meno se explica por el cambio de vida de las personas al tener que pasar un tiempo m\u00e1s prolongado en sus hogares, haci\u00e9ndose necesario m\u00e1s espacio para el trabajo y la convivencia familiar.<\/p>

Si bien la demanda de casas ha aumentado debido a la necesidad presentada por la pandemia, muchas veces no es posible optar a esta alternativa, existiendo solo la posibilidad de residir en un departamento. 1.- MANTEN UNA RUTINA. Esto incluye horarios de comidas, estudio y trabajo, respetando dichos horarios lo mejor posible. Por m\u00e1s peque\u00f1o que sea tu departamento trata de alimentarte en otro espacio que no sea el que elijas para trabajar.<\/p>

2.- TEN ESPACIOS SEPARADOS. Elige un lugar espec\u00edfico, aunque sea peque\u00f1o, que tu cerebro asocie con tu jornada laboral. Puedes darle un toque personal para que sea agradable estar ah\u00ed.<\/p>

3.- INFORMA TUS HORARIOS. As\u00ed podr\u00e1s permanecer concentrado\/a y evitar\u00e1s interrupciones. Intenta fomentar el uso de los tiempos con los dem\u00e1s integrantes de tu grupo familiar.<\/p>

4.- TOMA PEQUE\u00d1OS RECESOS. Diez minutos son suficientes para darle un respiro a tu cerebro y as\u00ed aumentar tu productividad. Puedes asomarte a una ventana o a la terraza, observar a tu alrededor y tomar un respiro.<\/p>
